KFC extremely pathetic customer service

If there were a no Star option I would have preferred to choose it. The service I received from KFC Klerksdorp was pathetic to say the least. I ordered KGC at 14:47 on the 10th of May. After still not receiving my order over and hour and a half later I phoned the number provided. They informed me that the driver didn't pitch so the order was canceled. When asking why cant they send it now they said the order was closed and cannot send it. Then I get told I will only get a refund in 7 to 14 working days. Well...we on the 26th of May and still NO REFUND. The fact firstly that you didn't even have the decency to call me and apologise for my order being cancelled, now you don't even give me my refund back. This is disgusting service. You have such strict policies ......yet when it comes to customer service it is beneath poor.
