KFC EXT 8 CIRCUS

on the 18/08/2022 which happened to be my birthday my sister and I decided to get ourselves a good meal from kfc cosmo city ext 8 which we actually got delicious meals but the worst customer care every. we bought 3*box master meals, 10 zinger wings and 4 dunked wings we added a few extra sauces after paying. Frank(team member) from the back that needed to prepare our meals asked what sauces we ordered as i was explaining to him he started shouting and mocking us saying he's not going to give us what we ordered because it was too much so its like we making alot of demands i asked why he was shouting he just carried on asking what we going to do about it? everyone in the store was shocked some of his team members tried to calm the situation but he just carried on shouting I was soo disappointed how can someone do that and not even a manager came out to reprimand him it was like a circus I felt like i was not valued as a customer thinking there's soo many people out there who needs a job and would respect their job but we have people like frank who do as they please. that KFC is just a joke.
