KFC exploiting workers and in turn affect service

I wish to express my disappointment in KFC to discover that it a still exploiting workers sooooo much. I was at a drive thru this lady took time to take my menu. But when I got there I got to realise it is because she must take an order and also assist customers to pay. That is so wrong of KFC. Not only that but also begged me to give the additional R2 for donations simply because me not giving her that R2 ' affects her treatment at work as they demand and expect all customers to donate that R2 ' so now KFC is saying customers must pay for their own social responsibility?
