KFC Epsom Downs

So on 30/08/2019 I went to KFC Epsom Downs Shopping Centre. I bought a streetwise 2 chips. I requested that 1 piece be hot and the other original.. when I finally got to my office wanted to eat then I realised they only gave me original pieces. I then called them and reported the incident. They then promised to bring the correct piece of chicken. Two hours later I called again spoke to Christina and she then said they'll send it with a driver. 15minutes later the driver arrives with a dry piece of chicken and a "courtesy ice cream" which was half a cup of diluted ice cream with some sort of sauce in it.

KFC Epsom Downs is the worst I've had the worst experiences since I bought there. You might as well close down because your service standards are PATHETIC AND HORRIFIC!
