KFC employees *****s the publics' change

Over the past two years, I have at various times returned to this KFC branch, either via the drive thru or inside the store, to get the cashiers to GIVE the correct change. It is always a small amount - R 0.60; R 0.20 etc. that they short change you with. And there is always an excuse - \we do not have the correct change, \"Sorry Sir, I made a mistake\"... etc. Which is total BULL!!! It was always too much of a hassle to write a complaint up to today: WHAT are your cashiers doing with the EXTRA change that was ****** from NUMEROUS customers, that was short changed EVERY DAY, as with me in this case?? (5 Feb 2016 - Order 701 - 20:07 - Cashier \"Forgiveness\") Or is it because I am white and they see white people as easy targets??? Which makes her a ****** as well as a *****! Every time it happens I will post it here, and tell me in the future also \"IT WAS A MISTAKE\"... Mistakes, is made ONCE
