KFC employees appaulling behaviour

The two cashiers Langanani and Kothadzo have a very appauling behaviour towards customers.Firstly we are stand in the Q and Kothadzo doesnt even acknowledge our existence and calls on the customers behind us like we are not there.Than her colleague does the very same thing and serves customers on the far right of the counter that entered after us.Than Kothadzo walks away from the counter into the kitchen to attend to her phone.When I addressed the poor service with Langanani,she is very unapologetic about it and tells me that she thought we were still deciding thats why she didnt attend to us.Than she says sorry with a very meek voice and tells me I can report them_with a very unbothered face. Its a disgrace if you ask me....because the employees dont understand that they stand for the KFC brand and forget that we are paying customers.Services get worse by the day
