KFC Empire road

I’ve had so many bad encounters with kfc empire road but the last straw was when I bought a meal box on the kfc app (collection) and received a message saying “your order has been collected, enjoy your order” I did not collect nor send anyone to collect it, tried calling their landline it took me straight to voicemail for two days straight. I filed a complaint on x only to call me a day later to tell me 24hours has passed mxm. I’m never using their app again.
