KFC Emmarentia

This was an unpleasant experience, this is the second time they have done this. I ordered a burger and asked them to dunk the fillet in their drive-through. They agreed and said that they would charge me for the fillet. I agreed to this and when I finally stopped to eat, both times the fillets were not dunked yet I had been charged for dunking. I called the KFC helpline which was zero help.
