KFC Ellis Park staff incompetence

I ordered 3 meals at KFC Ellis Park yesterday, i questioned them why they were wearing ANC shirts they did not respond. After I left the shop, i found out that my order was wrong, one of meals was the meal i did not order. I was entirely unhappy asking myself is it my question about shirts that made them get my order wrong or they are just ***********?
