KFC Eldorado Park. NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE.

I ordered through the drive through, using the bolt services. We waited for our order for over 20 minutes, which resulted in waiting charges of R50.00 for bolt. The staff were rude and made all kinds of excuses. The guys serving was very evasive making lame excuses. I asked him to call the manager, Thuli, who also gave me excuses. She went to the back and never came back to attend to my query and issue. First I was told that it is loadshedding which is a lie as load reduction is only scheduled for 18:30 in our area. The worst is that I was then given another excuse that there is only one pot to cook the chicken. When I got home I found the chicken to be undercooked as well. This is not the customers problem. If a store has issues, it needs to be sorted and not make it the customers problem. Never were any of the customers advised that there would be a waiting period, because if they told me, I would ha e made alternative means to get food. The service at the Eldorado Park is very poor and pathetic. Is this again the coloreds being marginalized. And why aren't there any colored working at a KFC which is based in a colored area?

I expect a senior ro reach out to me, and I want to be at the store when these people are being reprimanded and a refund on my trip and food.

There has to be consequences for their actions and rudeness.
