KFC Elarduspark - *********** staff and manager

So, going to KFC ELARDUSPARK for lunch, turns out, the lady taking my order takes at least 5 min to understand what the order is (total order of 3 items) She still send it through wrongly to the kitchen. After sending the food back and speaking to the manager, the manager brings out my food and is wrong again!! I insisted on a refund as this was a 30 minute process. No apologies, no nothing. The staff were rude! I am disgusted that out of 3 items, 2 of them were wrong - TWICE!!! Fast food that took 30 min and I still left hungry!!!
