KFC Elardus Park bad service

This morning I wanted to stop at Elardus park KFC and when I arrived it says 24 hours everywhere and that they are open. Obviously due to lockdown restrictions the times are not 24 hours but according to Google the KFC is required to open at 6am. I was at the KFC at 06:45am this morning and when I asked to be let inside I was told quite arrogantly by the two ladies standing at the serving counter that it only opens at 07:00am, however allowed another customer in just after I had pulled away. I am very disappointed by the service given by KFC the last 4 or 5 years. Most of the time the chicken is not fully cooked ether and for numerous other service reasons I am at the point to where I do not want to buy KFC anymore. Most large franchise take away restaurants have very little to no service in our country and I would rather go to local businesses to buy take aways in future. I am very disappointed as this one KFC has put me off of KFC completely.
