KFC El Ridge - Good customer service Hope!

Kudos to your employee, Kgothatso (Hope).

Back in December, hubby and I were in a hurry to get on the road and ordered burgers at Steers in the same complex. Waited in an empty restaurant for 30 min and when enquiring how long it would take, no answer was given, instead a muttering behind the counter about a screen being dead. then all 5 people standing doing nothing jumped into action and we had our burgers in 3 min flat. No apologies, no acknowledgement. I'll never go back.

This was not the case a week ago at KFC El Ridge. Our drive through order was taken, paid and at the collection point we didn't get what we ordered. It was a human error. Hope immediately apologized and called out our order to be made. Asked we pay the difference, which we did inside the store. She again said she was so sorry for the slip and inconvenience to us.

Really, we understood and were thankful to be recognized as a valued client. Hats off to you Hope. Thank you. It really means a lot to the people on the other end. I'll be back to support you.
