KFC Eersteriver- bad service

Ridiculous service rendered at KFC Eersteriver. We that wait in the drive through line to purchase food gets by passed by customer that parks their cars and walks up to the cashiers! This is not due procedure and the cashiers are allowing this behaviour. During this time they are making us who are following rules wait extra long.
