KFC eerste river worse service

The KFC in eerste river branch is the worse service I ever came across. The food is not fresh yet u pay full amount, you always and at all times need to wait for your order for 10min or longer at times when using the drive thru. The staff don't care about customers and when u complain they speak in a language u don't understand but the body language speaks for it self. Why is the service so bad in a so called colored area yet when u drive to somerset u get great service and food taste much better. We have complained before yet no changes happened.
