KFC EASTLYN ARE BIG ****MERS!!!!!

I bought a meal online from KFC Eastlyn, While I was busy online I got an error but money was deducted from my account. I then drove to the KFC Eastlyn and explained what happened and showed my proof of the money that was deducted, I was then made to wait for over 30 minutes just for the manager Adelaite to tell me that I might get a refund in 72 hours. The staff at this KFC is unprofessional as I asked for the managers details they refused and laughed. I URGE EVERYONE TO STOP FROM THIS DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL KFC IN EASTLYN. BAD SERVICE OVERALL. I LEFT THE SHOP WITHOUT FOOD AND MY MONEY GONE.... WHAT A JOKE!!! I HOPE THEY PAY MY R298. 60. I'M SO ANGRY!!!!!
