KFC Durbanville beyond pathetic

If I could give it zero stars, that would be correct. Your KFC Durbanville branch is beyond pathetic. Yesterday between 17h00 and 18h00 the cars were piling up with zero movement for more than 30 minutes due to 'a fridge that got stuck'. After more than 30 minutes I got chicken that was still raw and cold chips. The cashier did not even wear a uniform. I had quite a bit of time to view the state around the building and it looks filthy. I am going to prompt the Health Inspector to pay a visit.
