KFC Durban has been a problem

I ordered two meals through Uber Eats from KFC in South Beach, Durban and the soup was spoiled. The fried chips that I ordered and paid for were not included in the meal. This is very upsetting because this isn’t the first time I have a similar issue with KFC. Another two times the fries were old and smelly, I had to throw it away.

I tried calling them but their numbers don’t exist. I tried another number but it also said it doesn’t exist. Here is the number from the store: ***
