KFC Dundee 2 ran out off chicken

The outlet was out of chicken(which I learnt later during my wait) the cashier does not bother to inform customers upfront that chicken is still being prepared and give approximate time delay. When the chicken was finally ready, they served the last person to buy & they kept serving at random. One had to complain to the manager who was clearly not managing the situation as she was the one serving. This is a high traffic outlet in Dundee, I fail to understand that up to now they seem not to understand their market especially at this time of the year. I am so unfortunate that it is very rare that I get good service from this outlet. This time I had to voice out my dissatisfaction. I did not even get my gift that comes with the package I bought. We need better service, understanding that a hungry person has zero tolerance!!!
