KFC Drivers *****!!!

Highly disgusted by our experience with Kentucky Richmond Corner. We placed an order, R1000, and the driver marked it as delivered and kept the food. Almost an hour of customer care calls and I am a very angry about my food and money being ******. Customer care stated a refund IN 14 DAYS!!!!!! And what did I have to feed my family with while KFC had my money and the driver had our food!!!!!! Make this right @kfcsa!!!!!!
