KFC driver stole my food

I ordered online from palms store in pretoria west, got a confirmation sms of my order, minutes later i get another sms alerting me that my order is on the way. i was also sent verication on the same sms. 5 minutes later i got another sms saying my order has been delivered but i never received anything. to my surprise i contact customer service to find out what's going on. I was told that the delivery was confirmed with the pin i received via sms. when i checked the pin i realised that the pin is the last 4 digits of my cellphone number. I then contacted the store and i was told that the drivers know that the pin is the last 4 digits of the cellphone number and that is how they are able to ***** orders. and apparently i'm not the first customer to ever complain about this but it seems like kfc is doing nothing about it. How can the pin be so obvious? why is it not a random number? Now I'm being taken from pillar to post when i try to get a refund, im still waiting for the manager's call as promised. So in a nut shell, I did not receive my food 1. I would like to get my money back 2. the online pin system needs to be made random to avoid drivers *****ing our food. i will never buy from kfc after this nightmare.
