KFC drive thru waste of time

Kfc uitenhage, makes you wait in the que for 20 minutes, eventually getting to the point to order so the lady outside taking orders tells you they only have a quarter stock left on the menu. Why not tell people waiting in the que for so long that they are out of stock, what a waste of my time and petrol!
