KFC Drive-thru

Worst service ever. Last night I went ti buy some food at this new Zwide KFC in Port Elizabeth. Few people were inside the shop so I opted to take the drive-thru. I placed the order and paid then I was told to go and park and someone is gonna bring my food to the car. After parking the car one of my passanger decides to buy himself something to eat too. He chose the walk-in and was back in about 10min or so. My food was delivered after 45 to 50 minutes. How is it possible that orders taken via drive-thru's take longer than the walk-ins when the only thing we both bought was just the chicken and chips. No fancy meals. If the drive-thru is making things easy for the customers and for the business then KFC should rather stick to the walk-ins and close the drive-thru.
