Kfc drive through service poor

HD the worst experience at the drive through, firstly what kind of drive through has a waiting time of 30 minutes, secondly the later working at the collections window was having a fat conversation with her friends while we waited, and when we asked her to please ask the customer to move her car, she says she won't because they are still talking...
