KFC Drive through Musina

This will be my second complaint regarding the drive through KFC at Musina. It seems to me that the management for this KFC is not able to manage the preparation of their food to have it ready, without any delays for sale. Previous time it was pap that was not available, now it is fillet for twisters. The on duty manager was called and the matter discussed with him. On request of his name or surname, he refused to give it to me. THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Very good!!! Please start to address this Branch, it was very nicely upgraded, but it seems that management forgot to upgrade the service delivery with it. I am a loyal and regular supporter of this KFC Branch, but is matters like this testing my belief in KFC as a company!!!
