kfc drive through disappointment

<p>Hello Peter </p> <p> </p> <p>I want express my big disappointment about kfc restaurant in Montclair, I bought 9 piece of their chicken. When I arrive at home and open their fancy box I so shocked to see and find great disappointment of very small pieces of chicken. They were small as baby chicken pieces and also burnt. I logged a complaint with kfc customer care on same day (27/06/2017) but nobody contacted to explain why and what happened, I was so disappointed and I'm losing trust again on kfc.
