KFC Drive Through - Carnival mall

KFC at Carnival Mall in Boksburg keeps on disappointing. Terrible drive through service. We placed a order at the window, then we were asked to proceed to the last window to pay. We drove to the last window where we were asked to park. The employee said that she would bring the card machine outside to make the payment. We drove to the parking but there was no parking available because of other customers also waiting for their food. I went inside to say that there was no parking available so the employee said that our food is ready at the counter. When I had a look at the food it was not even our order. What is the purpose of a drive through if it can't be managed accordingly?
