Kfc drive threw in coastlands umhlanga is the worst

Kfc in coastlands umhlanga is terrible, we waited 30mins in a drive threw to order food this is the second this happened. We went to KFC on the 30th April at 9 30pm and waited so long at the drive through and they was alot of people waiting as well with frustration. We eventually decided to leave because they was taking so long. What's the use of having a drive threw if customers have to wait 30mins just to order.
