KFC drive-though being a beggar collection station

I am really upset about the security performed at KFC Randfontein's 2 branches in the past week and prior relating to beggars in the KFC business premises. In this week only I visited both KFC branches in Randfontein and basically being harassed by men asking for financial assistance and food. They stand next to your car at the drive-through not wanting to leave even if you specifically say 'NO', They stand next to the drive-through microphone, or at the collection counter at drive through around the pillar so you cannot avoid opening your window to speak to the KFC staff to place your order or collect when they start with their stories. Also in the KFC parking, pretending to be security guards with the reflective gear, watching after cars, but then stand staring at you waving and signing to give them food, waiting for you in front of your car while you try to eat, until I eventually left out of frustration,.. I reported both incidents to the management, but it seems not to bother them much as next time they are just there again. Even at the entrance the beggar is supposedly asking for an ashma pump for his daughter, so are you saying this cannot be prevented by KFC? Does KFC not have their own security as they always need to 'call' security to remove the beggars. Why are they not patrolling the area not to be have to be called specifically?
