KFC Douglasdale Pathetic!

Attention!! KFC DOUGLASDALE (Cnr. Leslie and Douglase Rd, Douglasdale, Sandton, Gauteng) is an excuse of a KFC and has the worst customer service, food, rude staff and when brought to their attention not once, not twice but 4 times that their food is not up to standard they keep stating they will change their ways and means. But guess what NOTHING changes. We personally go there to purchase whether it be drive thru, in store or order online they just don't give a flying fish about what comes out that kitchen and get served to the clients. Burgers missing patties, burgers that have patties are so squished i might as well eat cardboard and large chips i get the package but 1/4 of the chips. Above and beyond this the lady packing the food has no gloves on most of the time, dips her hands in chemicals and dirty dish water infront of us and packs the clients food at the drive thru window while looking us in the eyes having no shame at all. PATHETIC!!!!
