Kfc Douglad Poor service and quality

Kfc Douglas, Northern Cape....why do we ALWAYS have to wait 8 to 10 min for n Zinger Burger?? Are you not supposed to be a drive thru? No you are a drive thru and wait... 3 times in a row now you got my order wrong, unacceptable!! And thank you so much for not putting garnish on my last to burgers but drenching it in sauce, i love a soggy non edible bun with my burger. Just for the record, loadshedding is not going anywhere and since you are close during this time, you might want to invest in a genarator because not only are you loosing customers due to poor service and quality you are also loosing customers because you're closed on the times that the customer needs you most.This is really poor service and quality of food.
