KFC doesnt refund you

Good day ,KFC has the worst client service ever.they rejected my order online after paying due to no driver available .The transaction was done on 30Th of December 2024 .Today its the 24th of January and their automated nonsens responses tell me that its been reversed and will reflect on the 18th .was nonsens is this ,are they that technologically retared?
