KFC does not want to deliver in Townships

I still done get why KFC is not delivering in Townships, wonder if its not intending to serve those kind of people. It's becoming pointless to have a KFC near your door step because it's well mapped in all Townships but you still have to be thoroughly inconvenienced. And the online payment portal is also not up to scratch.
