KFC does not value its customers

I mistakenly ordered online @ KFC Mount Frere instead of KFC Matatiele, so I immediately contacted KFC Mount Frere because I wanted to ask them not to accept the order so it would decline and reverse the money. The phone just rang without being answered, by the time they answered the phone it was too late. The lady on the phone said she’s gonna get back to me.i’m angry because this is not the first time this happened to me I lost a lot of money the first time. I’m writing this because I know KFC does not value their Customers. When I calling KFC Mount Frere calls are not answered. That’s KFC for you
