KFC does not respond to online complaint

I ordered the above. Included were 6x Streetwise Two With Pap I specially ordered for delivery but when I finished paying it said I must pick up the order. I had to go into the center of Randburg taxi rank to pick up my order. Not very safe for a white man. I took the order without checking it. The lady still told me that they have put in a streetwise two for free. When I got home there were only 5 Streetwise Two With Pap. I filled in a complaint on KFC website but have had no reply..... Order number. Harry***
