KFC does not prepare food as per menu & poor service

We bought dunked chicken wings, which seemed and tasted like zinger wings and just the sauce poured over. There were 3 very small pieces and one big piece which seemed like a normal piece of chicken. The staff were also not very polite. That was definitely my last time there. In general, all KFC`s are dropping their standards!
