KFC does not care for their loyal customers (ex loyal customer is more precise)

I had 2 ********** order experiences with your KFC Phoenix branch. Firstly i would like to state that i used to order from your online app at least 3 times a week minimum recently, which amounts to a substantial amount on a monthly basis. With that stated, yes i was one of your very loyal clients, however that will not be the case anymore.

Date : 27th June 2023 I ordered via the online APP. I waited approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, only for the order to be cancelled. Nobody from the store had the decency to keep me informed or posted.

I ordered again from the online app thinking that the last episode was a once off incident. That was a huge mistake. I end up paying for my order and the funds went off my account. The store haven't received my refund to date.

FYI....i am merely keeping the App on my phone just to resolve this matter and then it will be deleted. As much as i used to enjoy eating KFC, all i think about currently, is how unreliable and non responsive your franchise is.

Nobody has even contacted me since then, hence this scathing review.
