KFC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS

About the beginning of December 2018 around 11.20pm I went to the drive through at KFC ,and ordered the Tuesday special. I was informed that the special ends at 11pm, although the TV advert doesn’t state so. The manager stated that head office shuts the special down at 11pm. There were other customers behind me for the same special. I contacted Alice Radeka at Kfc customer care a few times to get an explanation but she never responded with an explanation but went on to blame staff at Brackenfell. To date the blame game continues. I told Alice I will report this to Hellopeter but she doesn’t care. Even contacted her yesterday 26 December. Kfc doesn’t care because they are too big Logan Rangasami ********** 839
