KFC does it again

Why is it that everytime I visit a KFC someone *****s up the order. This time: I just went to KFC Pinehurts and ordered a 10 piece Family feast, (variety feast, whatever it is called). When I got home I found that 4 of the pieces are small wings... Seriously... And to expect me to drive all the way back AGAIN, to tell them to please pay attention to what they are doing. I am surprised to find that this time there were 10 pieces in the 10 piece meal. Normally someone stops counting at 8 or 9. Please rectify this asap.
