KFC Dobsonville

We have order meals through MrD for KFC Dobsinville which is 15 Min away(Dfd***). Our order took 2hrs with no communication. When I called I was told that there were no drivers. Nobody cares to communicate to us the delay. Orders ETA was 19:15 at 20:00 when I called only then I was told about the problem. Why would you allow an order kniwi g you have a delivery issue. The services with Mr D and KFC is disgusting . Their customer care is terrible and have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They still ask why I want to cancel an order after 2 hours if Waiting. Disgusting services . Training should be provided for efficiency that we paying for
