KFC - DO YOU NEED COMPETENT STAFF?

I am writing this with complete and utter disappointment to not only KFC Forrest Hills; Kloof; Durban branch! I am also disgusted by their call centre; specifically the agent in their delivery department (Sibosiso). My wife is now literally on the 2nd day trying to come to a conclusion to our missing items on X2 online deliveries!! Everytime; they cut the call in her ear and she needs to call back multiple times!! Unacceptable!! She was also promised a R100 voucher for her inconvenience but still nothing was sent to her via sms as per the agent's promise! Unacceptable KFC!
