KFC dissapoints once again

After Sundays horrific experience at KFC I called KFC SA. I have been sent a reference number but NO feedback has been given to this point. Business as usual for that particular store. I am shocked that nobody has investigated the matter if that is the case. Guess we have one less fast food store to buy from in future.
