KFC... disgusted customer!!!

I visited KFC landsdown branch tonight. I ordered my food and got it like 45 min later. When I got home to enjoy my meal with my family I discovered that my meal was burnt. My wife's meal had a "paper thin" chicken breast on. (which I took, pictures from) I mean we don't get this food for free. We pay for it with our hard earned money and to receive such a meal.. DISGUSTING!!!! We always go to this KFC because it's the closest to my home and we've received bad service before but stil continued to go there. But this just drew the line. Please they need to improve there quality and fast...
