KFC Disguising Delivery Service

Worst service ever. Never get my order and money was taken waited 3 hours and no food arrived my kids didn't have supper properly because of kfc.....

Beside my order that was placed i had no futher comunications i had to use my airtime to phone them.I haven't even received a confirmation to get my money back. I paid in 5 min but must wait a week for my own money back

I phoned customer service to sort my problem they say i must use my airtime and phone back at 10am... That is just F#### Bull****

Absolutely disgusting kfc delivery, no apology or anything just a whatever it happened
