KFC ************** against the disabled!

My husband wanted to get us some food after an extremely tiring day. He could not walk after a severe injury. As he went through the drive through at KFC Blaauwberg Cape town they told him to go in at the front to pay. He told them he could not walk and they just laughed at him and told him to go somewhere else then. He called the manager who's name is Brenda for assistance. He asked her why is the machine working inside but not at the drive through. She just laughed at him like the others did and said it was FNB and to go away. He then called customer service and the lady on the phone said that he must give his personal card pin to the manager Brenda or go to Burger King. He told the lady that he was advised by his bank to never give his pin to a stranger. He asked when can he get feedback of this complaint and she said KFC never gives feedback to the consumer. For shame KFC!!!!!!
