KFC disappoints with new Wrapsta and Overcooked Zinger

Had a terrible experience this morning at Kfc main road Wynberg branch in Western Cape. My wife and I ordered a fully loaded box meal for myself and the new wrapsta for her which is currently on promotion at R29.90. Firstly I was shocked at the size of the wrapsta compared to what is being advertised. Had we known we would never have ordered this. Secondly when I wanted to enjoy the Zinger burger in my fully loaded box meal I was utterly disgusted at a burnt tasteless piece of chicken fillet on my burger which was overcooked. I asked my wife to taste just incase I was imagining myself but she too said the crumbed zinger burger had absolutely no taste.I took this up with the store manager, who offered me to exchange the burger which at this time I refused as I was already put off with the entire meal. I left my meal behind with no refund and no replacement meal. I was just totally put off.
