KFC - Disappoints as usual

Placed an order for online delivery. Waited for hours and did not receive my order. Called the store multiple times and was told there were no drivers. Tried placing another online order for delivery (to test) and the order went through even though the store claimed there were no drivers. Why take delivery orders when there are no drivers.
