KFC - Disappointing

Its actually saddening that after months of not going to KFC because of the treatment we received the last time we went there - Today around 20:44 we first asked for the 2 Twisters on special and we were told KFC Kudube Hammanskraal doesn't run that special, there was not much on the Menu so we randomly chose what was on the boards but was not happy with the choice because the menu gave limited options as opposed to the menu inside and online where as you would get a lengthy menu, then we asked if we can cancel and order something instead that will cover both my brother and I, a lady cashier by the name of Elizabeth at the time tells us no it's impossible and then tries to justify it by saying the menu board outside has everything on it, I asked her to come with me or I'll come at my own time to take pictures just so she can see that some regular menus are not advertised on the board outside instead of arguing with me and refusing to check the menu with me or send someone to validate if what I was saying is correct, my question is what would have happened if I didn't carry enough cash on me for such incidents? Was I now going to be denied a freedom to choose what I would like to buy because what I now ordered actually exceeded my expectations coming to KFC? Was she going to sell it to me for the money I would have had at the time? Then as we were about to collect our food she is busy talking about me loudly so to her colleagues. The food was good, however if ever I have to spend on something and the service turns that way I don't think I would want to buy again. I still say give the workers a refresher course on customer service and an ongoing training on the Menu across all platforms, Elizabeth was just lazy to call the manager for void so she opted to lying. I don't expect to be called into the store just remind the staff about the importance of customer satisfactory, brand reputation (because such *****s the image of your brand) and teach them the menu.
