KFC Dinwiddie, shocking!

KFC Dinwiddie Germiston, no one wants to pay for their food twice. At 10:45, I was at the KFC in Dinwiddie, getting some chicken. The first payment went through, but there was no change on the screen of the kiosk. I called someone from the counter, and I was told, I had not paid for my food. I tried to explain what happened, but they were not interested. I then tapped my card again, paying again.

Upon getting home & checking my transactions, not to my surprise, I had 2 transactions. I called the KFC, tried to explain, and was told I need to come to the shop with my bank statement. Shocked!

I don't have time to be going back & forth to KFC & I am not in the habit of just handing out my bank statements and definitely not to KFC. Had I done something wrong or said nothing that I would own this, but this is not the case. But it's mine to resolve, at my inconvenience.

I can't get over the audacity.
