KFC Diepkloof Square

It was around 1am when me and my friend went to buy food at KFC which is situated at Diepkloof Square when I was insulted by 3 employee's who didn't even care that I was recording the whole thing. We bought food there and enquired to what we can add on the meal and if it's even allowed, we were ignored and to our suprise the meal came with what we didn't order and that's where the verbal insults took place and we were even called stupid by the employee's. We asked to see the manager when some guy appeared with attitude and didn't want to speak when he saw that we recording the ordeal. There's a video of what took place and can something be done about the service we get as clients and why hire a bully to work with clients be the face of the company.
